Dazzle Darling License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of all digital mockup files (“Products”) purchased, licensed, or downloaded from Dazzle Darling (dazzledarling.shop). By accessing, downloading, or using our Products in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase or authorized download, Dazzle Darling grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products strictly in accordance with the terms below. No ownership of the Products is transferred to you at any time.

2. Permitted Uses (“You May”)

Under this Agreement, you are permitted to:

  • Showcase your own designs (e.g., t-shirts, apparel, digital artwork, or other creative works) by placing them onto the mockups.

  • Use the Products for commercial purposes, including but not limited to Print-on-Demand (POD) platforms, Shopify, Etsy, and other online marketplaces.

  • Incorporate mockups into marketing materials, websites, advertisements, and social media content that promote your own designs.

  • Modify mockups for branding purposes, such as adding your designs, changing colors, backgrounds, or adding text, provided the mockup itself is not resold or redistributed.

3. Prohibited Uses (“You May Not”)

You are expressly prohibited from:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the original mockup files, whether for free or for profit.

  • Presenting the mockups as your own creation, claiming authorship, or implying ownership of the original files.

  • Using the Products to create competing products, including other mockups, templates, bundles, or any derivative works intended to be sold as mockups.

  • Using the mockups without adding your own design, i.e., selling, distributing, or publishing them “as is.”

  • Transferring your license rights to any third party without prior written permission from Dazzle Darling.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All Products remain the sole intellectual property of Dazzle Darling. The purchase of a license grants you rights of use only. You acquire no ownership, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of our Products is strictly prohibited.

5. Enforcement & Termination

  • Any breach of this Agreement will result in immediate termination of your license.

  • Dazzle Darling reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including financial damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of costs, in cases of unauthorized use.

  • We actively monitor misuse of our Products, including unauthorized resale and redistribution. Violations will be reported and prosecuted.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dazzle Darling shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Products. You assume full responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Products complies with applicable laws and marketplace policies.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
